Delete your AuraCam account

You can delete your AuraCam account and its data at any time, in any of these ways:

In the app

1. Open AuraCam and go to Settings › Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password or Google.

On the website

1. Sign in at auracam.co/account with the same account.
2. Open Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.

By email

Email privacy@auracam.co from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Deleted right away: your account (email and sign-in), your profile, your plan, scan counts, scan history and your email preferences.
• Kept: records of payments and subscriptions, which Paddle (our reseller) and we must keep for tax and accounting law. They aren't used for anything else.
• Photos you took with AuraCam are on your phone, not with us, so they stay on your phone.

Have AuraCam Pro? Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it first from your Account page (Manage subscription) or the link in your Paddle receipt email.
